Step 1: Open a Vendor Account

1. Visit Poppayai.com to open your vendor account. Click on the ‘Vendor Registration’ tab to begin the process.

Step 2: Account Verification and Status Check

1. After vendor registration, scan the QR code on this page and submit the requirements information below if the application is successful then you will receive an email and text message containing your unique financing bank account number for storing your funds powered by Kuda Digital Bank.
2. Finally, to activate your account for financing, send your bank account number along with your KYC information to complete the KYC process. Ensure you provide the following information:
   • Residential Address
   • Phone Number
   • Email Address
   • Government-issued ID card (e.g., Driver’s License, NIN, or International Passport)
   • Bank Account Information and BVN

Step 3: Verification and Wallet Check

1. You will receive a verification code via WhatsApp or email. Reply with the code to confirm your phone number and email.
2. The system will automatically verify your details within 24 hours.
3. To check your wallet balance for financed funds, send a text with “212” via WhatsApp or email. This will display your KUDA bank wallet balance.

Step 4: Apply for Financing

1. Once your account is verified, you can begin applying for financing automatically when there is an order in your vendor dashboard to fulfill. Simply submit your financing request to Poppayai.com WhatsApp Tolling Number by scanning the code found on the bottom of this page here only available to Poppayai Vendor Customers.

Step 5: Withdraw Funds

1. To withdraw your funds to your registered bank account, send a text with the amount you wish to withdraw. For example, “222-100,000.”
2. The requested amount will be transferred to your bank account within a minimum of 10-15 minutes.

Step 6: Refer Suppliers and Religious Leaders

1. To boost your eligibility, refer at least one supplier and one religious leader to the program.

• All actions must be carried out using the verified phone number provided during registration.
• The entire process is conducted in partnership with Kuda Microfinance Bank and MrFishLeg MFB Lender Affiliates Network.
